The kids are heading back to school and that means I get to go back to the barre on a regular, non-hectic basis! The fall is my absolute favorite season because I get the proper time to focus on my health and it’s one of the season’s that I am able to accomplish my fitness goals without any interruptions or mishaps. Getting back into a routine with my kids significantly helps myself get into my fitness routine, and with a stable routine, I am able to stay focused and achieve my fitness goals.
My advice to others who want to achieve their fitness goals is to make it a routine and habit to get your workout in. I swear by the American Barre Technique Ballet Body DVD. The barre fitness workout is only 45-minutes, but it gets me good every time. It’s my dream workout and makes me feel so accomplished each time I complete it.
