My journey to wellness is an ongoing practice that I mindfully participate in. Wellness to me means living each day making healthy and conscious choices that better my mind, body, and soul. Eating right, exercising, and engaging in life enriching events help me live my life to the fullest.
For me, if I feel as though I am having an off day with a lack of motivation, I always regain my motivation and sense of wellness after teaching ABT barre or taking an ABT barre class.
American Barre Technique rejuvenates my mind, soul, and most clearly my body. Completing this particular barre workout helps me stay grounded, focused, and most importantly healthy. After I teach an ABT barre class, I feel unstoppable, and that is why teaching barre has become my secret ingredient to wellness success. I have never been more in tune with my body until I started teaching ABT barre. It truly has changed my life in more ways that I have ever imagined.
